Services Provided:

Individual Sessions: Using evidence-informed practices, we will work towards visualising and creating the life and relationships you want. Tangible “homework” is often shared to explore healthier ways of being and coping. Often the first step is a journey inward, towards self-discovery, to increase awareness of any toxic thought patterns, attachment styles, or connections that do not serve us.

Sessions are held virtually with our secure online portal so you choose where we meet-your couch, car, the beach, or backyard! 😉

Virtual Support:  Providing support throughout the week (a five day period) with Direct Messages on the Simple Practice platform. Clients receive life coaching throughout the week and are billed only for the weeks they utilise the service. No contract is required. Virtual Support is available Monday-Friday* from 8am-4pm. Insurance may not be used for this service.  

Protecting Your Privacy

We utilize a HIPAA-compliant (encrypted), secure online portal through SimplePractice, where you can: (even with your Cell Phone!)

  • Enter personal information
  • Complete Initial Client Intake Questionnaire(s)
  • Click to sign required Consent Forms
  • Provide more details on what brings you in, if desired
  • Access Stacey’s schedule to request available appointments
  • Hold Virtual Sessions from your Computer, Tablet or Phone!
  • Use its Secure Messaging for the Virtual Support service

That’s a lot, I know-but it is completely encrypted and secure, saves time, energy, and a lot of trees! 🙂

Our office offers fair and competitive Direct Pay Rates for the Pensacola area and are already discounted for those without insurance. We accept all major credit cards and Health Savings Account (HSA) & Flex Spending Account (FSA) cards as well for your convenience. Sliding scale is available for an allotted number of sessions each month, based on need. 

* If you begin using Virtual Support in the middle of a week, you will still receive five business days of support for the $75 fee. (Your time will continue following weekends/federal holidays) You will be billed regardless of the number of days you utilise the support. 

We are currently able to bill the following Insurance plans for Individual In-Person or Online Sessions as an In-Network Provider: (a qualifying diagnosis is required to bill insurance)

Medicare, United, Oscar Health, Oxford, Aetna, and Cigna.

For those with other insurance plans, we can provide a “Super Bill” that can be submitted to your insurance company for possible reimbursement or credit towards the annual deductibles. (depends on your insurance company)
