About Stacey (she/her)

I would consider myself an educated, (GenX) free spirit (nerd) who thrives on coffee, playing in my garden, growing herbs, mixing essential oils, reading, & learning! (#cottagecoretherapist)

I value and embrace diversity and work with anyone who struggles with depression, anxiety, or grief, but I am specifically passionate about helping women* during the middle years of life (between 35-65), which brings tremendous physical, social, and emotional changes.

I love empowering women to live the life they WANT to live and not settle for the status quo, especially from their healthcare providers during the menopause years! I am honoured to help my clients learn how to move through life with healthy boundaries, relationships, and habits that increase longevity & wellbeing at ALL ages!

I am pursuing my PhD in women’s midlife health experiences and love to share all I encounter with my clients. Women have historically sacrificed far too much of their own wellbeing, and I am honoured to help my clients focus inward and nourish their own mind, body, & soul.

So, I know I’m not the perfect fit for everyone (of course no therapist is) but if my weirdness suits yours, let’s chat

The Credo

I would rather be ashes than dust!
I would rather that my spark should burn out
in a brilliant blaze than it should be stifled by dry-rot.
I would rather be a superb meteor, every atom
of me in magnificent glow, than a sleepy and permanent planet.
The function of man is to live, not to exist.
I shall not waste my days trying to prolong them.
 I shall use my time.

-Jack London
