"There is no greater agony than bearing an untold story inside you..." Maya Angelou

Welcome, friend

In this space, you will find acceptance & encouragement to honour the story you want to tell with your life. Or possibly help you begin a new one…

Whether we realise it or not, we constantly redefine what “normal” looks like throughout the seasons of our lives. Major losses or significant life changes sometimes feel like going over a gigantic cliff. We find ourselves with no ground beneath our feet, nothing feels familiar, no certainty…

For many women*, adding to this uncertainty and unfamiliarity are very real and tangible changes in our physical, social, and mental wellbeing during midlife. (between 40-60ish). During this time, things can start feeling a bit ‘off’ thanks to random changes in our hormone levels. Unfortunately, women don’t always get the support needed to feel like themselves again. Well, you WILL find support here!

I have both jumped, and been shoved over, that cliffside as well. For me, each time became an awakening to my ever-changing self and life, and the freedom to craft new stories.  Healthier ones. Better ones. Informed ones.

So, if you find yourself facing that cliff, it’s so important to surround yourself with a tribe and village of supporters that inspire, validate, and challenge you. I would be honoured to be part of your healing village. I pledge to provide guidance & support as you strive to live each day with intention and redefine YOUR story.
